Beyond The Funding

The Colt Foundation Mentor Network facilitates an introduction between a mentor and a mentee.  It provides a confidential space for our Fellows to address their challenges by bringing them together with suitable senior research academics from outside the Fellow’s academic centre and immediate area of research.

It’s more than just about giving advice.

• It’s about motivating and empowering our Fellows to understand themselves and their aims and how to achieve them.

• It’s about helping to resolve issues, either directly or more often through sharing experiences.

• It’s about expanding horizons, engaging in discussion and creating networking opportunities.
